Chair Yoga

Every Wednesday from 3:00pm to 3:45pm.
Yoga has been proven to be a therapeutic practice, soothing body aches, gently stretching muscles, and calming the nervous system. Join senior teacher Karen Guzak for 45 minutes of an easy rest and rejuvenating approach to yoga, using chairs for support.

Line Dancing

2nd and 3rd Thursday from 2:00-2:45pm.
This group dance is for all levels. Instructor Donna makes it easy and fun to learn the choreography. ​

Movement to Music

Every Monday and Wednesday from 9:15 to 10:15 am.
Low impact, high energy, full body movement to the beat of uplifting music. Movement to Music will leave your heart and body happy.

Ping Pong

Every Friday from 9:00 am to 11:30 am.
A fabulous and fun way to get exercise. Come make friends and get fit.​​

Qi Gong

Ancient Chinese movements that have unique and powerful benefits including lowered pain, stress, anxiety and depression. It also helps with sleep, posture fatigue and balance. The flowing movements with breathing increase the awareness of mind, body and spirit.

Senior Fitness

This class lends itself to your fitness level, be it sitting, standing or a combination of both.

Walking Group

Every Thursday from 11:00 am to 12:00 pm.
Put on your comfortable shoes and join the group for some exercise while you have fun exploring Snohomish.
